FOR DEVELOPMENT, TESTING, AND EDUCATIONAL USE ONLY. BankyCard generates test payment card numbers that may pass algorithmic validation but are not linked to any bank account and will be declined if used for actual transactions.

1. Educational and Testing Use Only

BankyCard is provided STRICTLY FOR EDUCATIONAL AND PRIVACY PROTECTION PURPOSES ONLY. This tool is designed to:

Help users understand how card number validation algorithms work
Protect personal privacy when dealing with potentially untrustworthy third parties
Provide test card numbers for legitimate privacy protection scenarios
Demonstrate financial privacy concepts

The card numbers generated by this service are NOT REAL and CANNOT BE USED FOR ANY ACTUAL TRANSACTIONS. While the numbers may pass basic algorithmic validation (Luhn check), they are not linked to any bank account or financial institution and will be declined if used for payment attempts.

Legitimate use cases include:

2. Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from using BankyCard for:

Any fraudulent activities or illegal purposes
Attempting to make unauthorized purchases or transactions
Deceiving financial institutions, merchants, or service providers with intent to commit fraud
Identity theft or impersonation
Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international laws
Circumventing payment systems or subscription services
Presenting BankyCard or its generated numbers as legitimate payment credentials to hotels, rental companies, merchants, or any other real-world businesses
Portraying BankyCard as a real financial institution or implying the generated numbers represent actual bank accounts
Using generated numbers in any situation where real payment credentials are required or expected
Any commercial use without express written permission

3. User Responsibility

By using BankyCard, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for your use of this service
You will use BankyCard only for lawful and legitimate privacy protection purposes
You understand that misuse of this tool may result in civil and criminal penalties
You will not hold the developers, operators, or associated parties liable for any consequences resulting from your use of the service
You understand that presenting fake financial information to businesses may constitute fraud in your jurisdiction
You acknowledge that any attempt to use generated numbers for real transactions will fail and may be illegal
You are of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this service and represent that you are at least 18 years old
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You are responsible for understanding the laws and regulatory requirements that apply in your jurisdiction before using BankyCard

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THEIR SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT OR MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THESE SERVICES, THEIR CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED FROM US IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SERVICES, THEIR CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS OR THAT THE SERVICES OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.

THE COMPANY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

5. Limitation of Liability

EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU WILL HOLD US AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS HARMLESS FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, HOWEVER IT ARISES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES AND ALL RELATED COSTS AND EXPENSES OF LITIGATION AND ARBITRATION, OR AT TRIAL OR ON APPEAL, IF ANY, WHETHER OR NOT LITIGATION OR ARBITRATION IS INSTITUTED), WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, OR ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY CLAIM FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY VIOLATION BY YOU OF ANY FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL LAWS, STATUTES, RULES, OR REGULATIONS, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, IF THERE IS LIABILITY FOUND ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES (WHICH IS ZERO FOR THIS FREE SERVICE), AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE PRIOR LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

6. No Real Financial Data

BankyCard does not process, store, or transmit any real financial data. The card numbers displayed are algorithmically generated test numbers only. We do not:

Collect or store real credit or debit card information
Have access to any banking systems or financial institutions
Facilitate any actual financial transactions
Provide valid payment instruments

7. Privacy and Data Collection

BankyCard operates with minimal data collection:

All generated card numbers are created locally in your browser
We do not store or transmit generated card numbers to our servers
Any personal preferences or settings are stored locally on your device
We may collect anonymous analytics data to improve the service
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BankyCard, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of BankyCard or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services

BankyCard is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any financial institution, credit card company, or payment processor including but not limited to Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Any logos or trademarks displayed are for informational purposes only and do not imply any relationship or endorsement.

Warning: Attempting to use generated card numbers with third-party services for fraudulent purposes is illegal and will result in the transaction being declined. You may face legal consequences including criminal prosecution.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BankyCard, its operators, developers, and any associated parties from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

Your use or misuse of the service
Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
Your violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights
Any illegal activity conducted using information obtained from BankyCard

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of BankyCard following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to BankyCard immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these terms, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and BankyCard regarding the use of the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

16. No Waiver

No waiver by the Company of any term or condition set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure to assert a right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

You understand the generated card numbers are for testing and educational purposes only
You accept full responsibility for any consequences of your use of this service
You understand that misuse of this service may result in civil and criminal penalties
The developers and operators of BankyCard are not liable for any misuse of this tool
You confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
